To use the subscription value-added services (hereinafter referred to as: this service), you should read and comply with the "Membership Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as: this agreement). 1. Scope of the Agreement
1.1 Subject Scope of Application of the Agreement
This agreement is a contractual agreement between you and us regarding your use of our services.
1.2 Content of the Services

2. About the Service
Subscribing to value-added services refers to users paying a certain monthly service fee in a manner specified by us to enjoy privileged services provided by us, referred to as "the Service."
The specific content of the Service you enjoy may vary based on factors such as level, annual fee status, duration of activation, specific service categories chosen by you, etc. Typically, with higher levels, annual fee subscriptions, longer activation periods, etc., you will have access to more services. Specific details are subject to the announcements on the relevant service pages and the actual services provided.

3. Rights and Obligations
3.1 Regarding Fees
This service is a paid service provided by us. You must pay the corresponding fees according to the service's pricing standards before you can use the service. Additionally, you may also enjoy and use this service through other approved methods, such as accepting friend gifts.
We may modify and change the pricing standards and methods of this service based on its overall planning. Any such modifications or changes will be displayed on the respective service pages. Before accessing or using the service, please ensure that you understand the current fee structure and methods applicable to the service.
3.2 Service Activation
3.2.1 You should activate this service by paying a certain fee via in-app purchases (IAP payments) on Apple's platform. Once the service is activated, it cannot be transferred or canceled.
You are prohibited from activating this service for yourself or others through:
Non-personal use purposes such as profit-making or business operations.
Using any programs or software like robots, spiders, crawlers, or screen-scraping software to activate the service.
Illegitimate means or ways that violate honest credit principles to activate the service.
Ways not designated by us to activate the service.
Ways that infringe upon our or others' legitimate rights.
Other ways that violate relevant laws, regulations, national policies, etc., to activate the service.
3.2.2 For your convenience in enjoying the service, you will need to register with a phone number upon activation. If you do not require the various services associated with the official account, you can deactivate your account at any time.
3.3 Service Period
3.3.1 The service period of this service is based on the duration you choose and pay the corresponding service fees for, or you can log in to the recharge center or the relevant page of this service to inquire.
3.3.2 The maximum service activation period of this service will be subject to certain limitations, specifically based on the rules we have established.
3.4 Code of Conduct
3.4.1 Five Prohibitions
When using this service, you are not allowed to engage in the following behaviors, including but not limited to:
Publishing, transmitting, spreading, storing content that violates national laws, endangers national security and unity, social stability, public order, good customs, social ethics, and content that is insulting, defamatory, obscene, or violent.
Publishing, transmitting, spreading, storing content that infringes upon others' rights like reputation, image rights, intellectual property, trade secrets, and other legitimate rights.
Fabricating facts, concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others.
Posting, transmitting, disseminating advertising information and spam.
Engaging in other behaviors that violate laws, regulations, policies, public order, good customs, social ethics, etc.
3.4.2 Prohibited User Behavior
This service is for your personal use only. Without our written permission, you are prohibited from engaging in the following actions:
Collecting usernames, emails, and other related information of other users in this service by any means and disrupting or harassing other users through sending spam emails, chain letters, junk messages, instant messages, etc.
Posting information containing advertising, promotional, or marketing content via this service.
Granting further permission for others to use this service.
Other actions without our written permission.
3.4.3 Responsibility for Your Own Actions
You fully understand and agree that you are responsible for all actions under your registered account, including but not limited to any content you publish and the consequences arising from it. You should exercise judgment over the content in this service and bear all risks resulting from the use of content, including risks arising from reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the content.
3.5 Changes, Suspension, or Termination of Service
You fully understand and agree that due to the nature of internet services, we may suspend or terminate providing this service to you in accordance with relevant regulations, mutual agreements, or when necessary. At that time, we will legally protect your legitimate rights.
4. Liability for Breach
4.1 If we discover or receive reports from others that you have violated any provision of this agreement, we have the right to independently assess and take technical measures to delete, block, or disconnect relevant information. Additionally, based on the nature of your actions, we reserve the right to take measures against you, including but not limited to suspending or terminating part or all of this service, suspending or terminating your account usage, holding you legally responsible, etc. We are not obligated to refund any fees, and any losses incurred by you (including but not limited to communication interruptions, data erasures, unused service fees as penalties forfeited to us, etc.) shall be borne by you. If you cause us losses, you are also required to compensate us.
4.2 Handling of Harm to Third Parties
If your violation of this agreement results in harm to any third party, you should independently bear responsibility; if we suffer losses as a result, you should also compensate us accordingly.
5. Miscellaneous
5.1 Effectiveness of the Agreement
Your use of this service signifies that you have read and agreed to be bound by this agreement.
5.2 Place of Agreement Signing
The place of signing this agreement is Cangshan District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, People's Republic of China.
5.3 Applicable Law
The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws).
5.4 Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes or disagreements between you and us, you should first seek an amicable resolution through friendly negotiations. If negotiations fail, you agree to submit the dispute or disagreement to the People's Court with jurisdiction over the place where this agreement was signed.
5.5 Clause Headings
The headings of all clauses in this agreement are for ease of reading only, do not have substantive meanings themselves, and cannot be used as a basis for interpreting the meaning of this agreement.
5.6 Validity of Terms
If any part of this agreement becomes invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms shall remain valid and binding on both parties.

7. Automatic Renewal Service Rules
These rules are considered as a supplementary agreement to the "Membership Service Agreement," an integral part thereof, and together form a unified whole. In case of conflicts between these rules and the "Membership Service Agreement," these rules shall prevail. If you wish to use subscription value-added services, you must agree to these rules.
You understand and agree to the following:
Service Name: Automatic Renewal.
This service offers automatic renewal services to you on the premise that you have already subscribed to membership services. By subscribing to the membership service, you authorize the membership to deduct the next billing cycle's monthly fee from your own recharge account, third-party payment account bound to the membership account, bank account, communication account, iTunes account (collectively referred to as "account") when your membership is about to expire. To utilize this service, you must bind your membership account with the mentioned accounts and ensure successful deduction from those accounts. Any renewal failures due to insufficient balance in the mentioned accounts will be your responsibility.
There are fourteen subscription options for members to choose from:
Monthly Pass: $7.99 per month, with automatic monthly renewal
Annual Pass: $59.99 per year, automatically renewed annually
Ads Weekly Pass：$0.99 per week, Automatically renew weekly
Ads Monthly Pass: $2.99 per month, with automatic monthly renewal
Birthday ： $0.99 per week, Automatically renew weekly
Wedding：$0.99 per week, Automatically renew weekly
Christmas： $0.99 per week, Automatically renew weekly
Party Pets：$0.99 per week, Automatically renew weekly
Beauty Makeup： $0.99 per week, Automatically renew weekly
Care Baby： $0.99 per week, Automatically renew weekly
Monthly Pass: $9.99 per month, with automatic monthly renewal
Annual Pass: $79.99 per year, automatically renewed annually
Monthly Pass: $19.99 per month, with automatic monthly renewal
Annual Pass: $99.99 per year, automatically renewed annually
Only one account per Apple ID can activate the automatic renewal service.
For accounts that have purchased automatic renewal membership services, the service will automatically renew and deduct the corresponding fee on the day after the end of the purchased service period. For example, if you activate a 3-month automatic renewal membership service on January 3rd, the membership service will be automatically renewed and charged from your account on April 3rd, extending the membership's validity by 3 months. In cases where different durations of automatic renewal super memberships are purchased at different times, the latest activated automatic renewal membership will apply. For instance, if you already have a 1-month automatic renewal membership and later activate a 3-month automatic renewal membership within the same month, the 3-month membership will be automatically renewed and extended after the 1-month membership expires.
To cancel the automatic renewal, please cancel it at least 24 hours in advance. You can stop or terminate this service through the following methods:
To unsubscribe users using Apple in-app purchase (IAP payment) for automatic renewal, follow these steps:
Open the Apple phone "Settings" --> Go to "iTunes Store & App Store" --> Click on "Apple ID," select "View Apple ID," enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscriptions," and choose to unsubscribe from the VIP subscription.
