I. Account deletion process:
If you need to delete your account, you must meet the following conditions simultaneously:

3. There are no unused rights in the account. If you still have unused rights, the deletion application will be deemed as your active waiver of the corresponding rights;
4. There is no outstanding or unpaid amount;

2. The account you originally owned will be taken back by Hainan Hengdou, and you will no longer have the right to use the original Hainan Hengdou account. You will not be able to log in to the Hainan Hengdou website, authorize Hainan Hengdou to access third-party network services, or use any services provided by Hainan Hengdou that require account login;
3. You will not be able to retrieve all the information and data you once stored and used under this account, except for the information or data that Hainan Hengdou should retain according to relevant laws and regulations;
4. Other consequences that may harm your rights or cause losses to you.
