《Super City2:Tut Life World》 Member Automatic Renewal Service Agreement
1. Service Description
1.1 This service is introduced to meet your automatic renewal needs. Under the condition that you have already subscribed to the Super City2:Tut Life World membership service, this service aims to prevent any losses caused by negligence or other reasons when failing to renew in time. You authorize Super City2:Tut Life World to deduct the next billing cycle's fee from your Apple iTunes account, third-party payment account linked to your Apple iTunes account, bank card (referred to collectively as "account") balance around the expiration and renewal period of the membership service. The billing cycle includes but is not limited to monthly, quarterly, annually, etc. You can choose the billing cycle displayed on the Super City2:Tut Life World membership application. The premise for utilizing this service is linking Super City2:Tut Life World to the mentioned accounts and ensuring successful deductions from those accounts.
1.2 Automatic renewal specifically refers to: based on 1.1, Super City2:Tut Life World collects the fee for your next billing cycle through the mentioned accounts. You must ensure that Super City2:Tut Life World can successfully deduct from the mentioned accounts. Any renewal failures due to insufficient funds in these accounts will be your responsibility, and Super City2:Tut Life World reserves the right to suspend or terminate corresponding membership benefits and services.
1.3 You can choose to cancel this service via the Super City2:Tut Life World membership website or mobile device (details in Section Four). If you do not cancel this service, it is considered that you agree to allow Super City2:Tut Life World to attempt deduction. Once the deduction is successful, Super City2:Tut Life World will open the next billing cycle's membership service for you.
1.4 While enjoying this service, you are bound by the "Membership Service Agreement" and the "Privacy Policy."
2. Rights and Obligations of Both Parties
2.1 After you activate the automatic renewal service, Super City2:Tut Life World shall automatically deduct the fee for the next billing cycle from your specified accounts 24 hours before each billing cycle ends. The deducted amount will be recorded in your membership payment records and will extend your membership's validity accordingly. The update of the automatic renewal status may have a delay in display; the actual payment status for automatic renewal should prevail. If you do not cancel the automatic renewal function at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle, it will automatically renew and deduct.
2.2 In cases of billing errors, Super City2:Tut Life World and you should cooperate closely to identify the reasons. Each party will bear their own faults causing losses. If losses occur due to unequal faults on both sides, both parties will be responsible according to the degree of fault. In situations where loss results from common faults of both parties but cannot be distinguished, both parties will share the responsibility.
2.3 Super City2:Tut Life World may change or modify the relevant service content, rules, and terms of this agreement based on its business development or technical upgrades. Super City2:Tut Life World will inform you of such changes or modifications through notifications within the Super City2:Tut Life World app, announcements, or other means. If you disagree with the modifications to the agreement, you can stop using the service. Continuing to use the service implies acceptance of all modifications to this agreement.
2.4 Prior to deduction, Super City2:Tut Life World may notify you. You can independently choose whether to cancel at the requested time. If you choose not to cancel, it is assumed that you agree to Super City2:Tut Life World initiating deduction attempts following certain rules. Once the deduction is successful, Super City2:Tut Life World will open the next billing cycle's membership service for you.
2.5 If there is a price adjustment for your service before automatic renewal deduction, the currently effective price will apply.
3. Validity Period of Automatic Renewal Service
3.1 Unless specified otherwise by Super City2:Tut Life World, the automatic renewal services you receive are deemed to be valid indefinitely.
4. Cancellation of Automatic Renewal Service
4.1 You can voluntarily unsubscribe from this service. To deactivate automatic renewal membership services, follow the termination process by manually disabling auto-renewal function in iTunes/Apple ID settings management.
4.2 Successful cancellation of the automatic renewal service will not affect the benefits already in effect during the current period. Your benefits will cease after the current period expires.
5. Term of Agreement, Termination
5.1 This agreement becomes effective upon your choice to accept or use this service until you terminate the service or close your membership account.
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1 Super City2:Tut Life World and you should resolve any disputes arising during the performance of this agreement through friendly negotiation. In case negotiations fail, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the People's Court in Gulou District, Fuzhou City for litigation resolution.
